Oustanding Job!!!
Finally! We are through the holidays and I am able to write a thank you to you and all the men that moved us from Maryland to Aydlett in early December of last year.
This was the first time I've dealt with professional movers since my dad was in the military some 50 years ago. I have to say I was more than a little nervous going in to this move but you did an outstanding job going over the details and addressing my concerns. Many thanks.
On the day of the move, the guys showed up exactly on time and went right to work. I pointed out those items that were delicate and may need special handling. No problem, all were taken in stride and moved with the greatest of care.
All the men as individuals and as a group, were friendly and professional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their work. What a great bunch of guys. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Pay them well; they are keepers.
The trucks arrived at the new house exactly on time and again, the crew immediately got to work unloading and placing the items in the various rooms. All the items made the 250 mile trip without any damage which speaks to the crew's packing abilities. I was pleasantly surprised there were no scrapes or dents in the walls of the house as the furniture was moved. Some of the pieces were quite large and unwieldy.
When the final bill was presented, I was again surprised as it was significantly less than the estimate. I know you tend to over estimate a little to prevent unpleasant "surprises" but even your estimate was quite reasonable and I would have paid it, no questions asked. This I think, speaks to your honesty and integrity. Thank you.
Once again, thank you to you and your outstanding crew. There is no doubt in my mind we would hire you again should the situation present itself.
